The terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Areve3d and you ("You" or "Your") regarding the terms on which Areve3d offers You access to its Website and Service. Your use of the Website or Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

"Content" refers to any material published on Areve3d, including but not limited to models, images, videos.
"Buyer" refers to any person who creates a user account on Areve3d.com.
II. Rights Not Granted
Absent a written grant of rights greater than, all other rights or sub-divisions of rights generally included in copyright are excluded from this license and remain the property of the Seller.
III. License Agreement Between Seller and Member
By purchasing a 3D model or CAD file from Areve3d or any other website where models are presented, the buyer undertakes not to resell or distribute it for free to any third party on any website or social media and social media groups.
By purchasing a 3D model or CAD file from Areve3d or any other website where the models are presented, the buyer also undertakes not to modify, resell, or distribute it for free to any third party on any website, marketplaces, or social media and social media groups.
The buyer also undertakes not to sell the model in a physical version, such as a version made of wax, metal, resin, 3D printed wax, 3D printed resin, CNC milled wax, etc.
The buyer has the right to make jewelry from the purchased model and sell the jewelry as a single copy or for serial production, or use the jewelry for personal wear.
Free models presented on the site must also not be sold on other marketplaces. Downloading a 3D model or CAD file from Areve3d or any other website where the models are presented, the buyer also undertakes not to modify, resell, or distribute it for free to any third party on any website, marketplaces, or social media.
IV. Digital Modeling and Sculpting
All products presented on the website are digital files and not physical items.
V. Returned Content or Refund
Unfortunately, the refund policy in this area is complicated because the seller can never know for sure whether the buyer has removed the purchased model from their computer or not, or if they can restore it after removing it. Therefore, we inform you that Areve3d does not issue refunds. If you have any questions, please clarify with the seller before buying by contacting us via email or through the "contact us" section of the website.
VI. General Terms
Ownership: The seller retains ownership of the copyrights and all other rights in Seller Content, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted to us under this agreement. The seller is free to grant similar rights to others during and after the term of this agreement.
VII. Modification and Termination of Services; Amendment of Terms
Areve3d has the right to terminate your user account if it doesn't comply with the terms and conditions of the site or if it notices any disrespectful behavior by the user, actions that are against the site policy or damage to the site, such as offensive expressions, unjustified negative ratings, disruption of the normal flow of dialogue, or any other action that negatively affects other Site users' ability to use the Site. Site hacking, phishing, and any other action that will harm the site's normal work, mine, hack, spider, copy any proprietary information or ideas from the Site, transmit spam, bulk or unsolicited communications, or survey the Site.
Areve3d doesn't modify models because they are ready for 3D printing or CNC milling and should be used in jewelry casting.

Because files are sent via the Internet, some delays may occur for which Areve3d is not responsible, as they are beyond our control.
